Free State Higher Education Consortium
Introduction to the Free State Higher Education Consortium (FSHEC):
Since 2005 the FSHEC has been a consortium of the following participating institutions:
The Central University of Technology, Free State (CUTFS);
The Free State School of Nursing (FSSON); and
The University of the Free State (UFS)
The purpose of the FSHEC is to:
Facilitate and expand collaboration between the participating institutions with regard to the sharing of infrastructure and co-operative plans of action, as well as any other form of co-operation which may be beneficial to the participating institutions within the region.
